Andy, the managing partner of Ciano & Goldwasser and a skilled trial lawyer representing clients in a diverse array of personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.  He regularly represents victims/survivors of sex abuse in Ohio and across the country.

Andy is frequently trusted with serious and high-stakes cases by fellow attorneys, judges, and former clients. His relentless work ethic was evident early in his career - he completed a four-year evening law program in just three years while working full-time as a claims adjuster.

Andy is regularly recognized by his peers as a leader in the legal profession. Since 2016, he has been named among the Top 50 Lawyers in Cleveland and Top 100 Lawyers in Ohio by Super Lawyers, and he has been included in The Best Lawyers in America annually since 2015. He has been honored as one of Cleveland’s top litigators by Crain’s Cleveland Business and recognized nationally as a Top 100 trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers. Andy remains actively engaged in numerous professional organizations, including the National Crime Victim Bar Association, Ohio Association for Justice, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice.

A committed advocate for victims and those in need, Andy serves on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and leads a private charitable foundation dedicated to supporting children and families. Through this foundation, he proudly donates a portion of his attorney’s fees to fund private grants and meaningful community initiatives.
